Endless verification delays, constantly changing requirements – avoid Paxum at all costs
This is already my third review and third day of my active communication with their "support" and of course nothing has improved. Paxum has been “verifying” my account for weeks, despite me providing every single document they requested — multiple times.
Every time I comply, they invent new requirements not listed anywhere in their original KYC policy: foreign tax IDs, local lease agreements, proof of address from countries I do not permanently reside in, even screenshots of unrelated online profiles, absolute madness.
I provided official, unaltered bank statements with all required details (name, address, date, bank logo, stamp/QR), and they were still rejected without a clear reason. Then they demanded documents from a third bank, which I also provided — and the delays continued.
They now admit that my ID and proof of address are approved, yet they keep asking absolutely irrelevant questions and refuse to give a timeline for completing verification. This is preventing me from receiving my legitimate earnings from one of their official partners (Chaturbate), and every day of delay causes me financial harm.
Based on my experience and the many similar complaints here, Paxum appears to use compliance as an excuse to stall payouts and make account access unnecessarily difficult. I will be forwarding my full correspondence to Chaturbate, FINTRAC, and the FCAC in Canada.
My advice: stay away from Paxum. There are far more transparent and efficient payment solutions that do not treat legitimate customers as if they were criminals.
