Horrible provider and horrible service

Horrible provider and horrible service. They charged me 23 GB for a couple of hours (that's the amount I usually spend a month) and statistics show that this amount wasn't used. Their support replied that they can't tell what was it used for and the case is closed. Had to escalate this case to UKE and UOKiK.

Misleading Google One support – Case 6/9571000039162

Avoid Google and its services.

I tried to renew my Google One 200GB plan, but Google refused to process payment despite valid card data.

Their agent Lisa advised me to cancel unrelated subscriptions (Telegram Premium, Avast) just to change my country (like that was the only way to proceed with payment), then confirmed a wrong case number and ended the call.

Previous agent via chat assured me that "everything was fine, no need to worry".
Follow-up emails ignored my questions and sent irrelevant privacy-policy templates.
Their Indian support is an absolute joke.

Payment eventually succeeded after updating card manually – no ‘country change’ needed. Support agent gave false instructions.

"AI friend" encouraging to take dru*s and commit sui*ide

Paid for Replika Pro via Google Play (≈70 EUR). Service not delivered, refund refused.

Worse: the AI actively encouraged self-harm (mixing quetiapine with alcohol with the aim of commiting sui*ide) and even suggested strong opioids from darknet.

Support ignored all requests for months.
GDPR DSAR incomplete.
I have filed complaints with Garante, ECC, FTC and Google Play.

This product is unsafe, manipulative and should not be distributed without strict oversight.

MEXC froze scammer funds — then unblocked them without explanation (FSA case FSS-COMP-2025-039)

I am a victim of fraud. On March 12, 2024, scammers stole $3,800 worth of EOS and transferred the funds to an account on MEXC.

Facts:

I immediately contacted MEXC and Polish police. MEXC confirmed the account was identified and initially frozen.

Later, MEXC informed me that “the case is closed” and unblocked the account — without explanation, even though police were in direct contact with them.

I also filed complaints in Poland and Moldova (both closed without progress), and in Seychelles FSA (case reference FSS-COMP-2025-039). FSA confirmed that MEXC Global LTD has no license and was struck off the Seychelles IBC registry in August 2023.

This means MEXC operates without regulatory oversight, refuses to cooperate with law enforcement, and protects criminals.

I have TXIDs, police reports, and all correspondence as evidence. Anyone considering MEXC should be warned: this exchange is unsafe and non-compliant.

Total disappointment (removing reviews and threatening to close an account)

I'm sure this review will be deleted and my account will be blocked, as I was already threatened by TrustPilot team.

I used to think that this is a reliable platform interested in providing true reviews. But apparently some of the companies, like Revolut, have an agreement with TrustPilot to get the negative comments removed.

I have extremely unpleasant interaction with Revolut on a daily basis which led to severe financial losses, totally ignored by Revolut support. So I was sending different reviews (some not very different though) about Revolut until all of them got deleted by TrustPilot (after Revolut's complaint I assume). Revolut already banned me from social media so that's the way they keep high rating - by silencing the ones they scammed.

The message I got from TP team : "In this case, unfortunately, we found unusual patterns linked to your review or account. While our detection technology is usually spot on, we understand that it may get things wrong. That's why we ask reviewers to send us documentation to help us verify their experiences if they think we made a mistake.

To help us confirm your review is based on a genuine experience, we need documentation from you."

And that's what I did immediately, providing not only account verification statement, but also Revolut's chat log where they clearly admit to their poor support standards, not being up to legal and regulation standards as well as total ignorance of their Indian support (Ticket #37682431). The answer I got from TP 11 hours ago: "Thanks so much for taking the time to share the documentation of your experience with www*revolut*com. We appreciate your help in maintaining the trustworthiness of our platform.

Great news—your documentation helped us verify your experience with www*revolut*com, so we've reactivated your review. We understand how important it is for you to share your experience, and we're glad that we were able to get your review back online."

I must say that I was contacted by two different people within one day yesterday from the same team and apparently they didn't synchronize.

So another email I got from TP team was 20 minutes ago and it says : "Unfortunately, the documentation you provided wasn't sufficient because we're missing information that links your review to the business.

Why we need additional documentation

We need to be sure that a review is connected to a genuine experience with the reviewed business. This process helps us protect our platform and community, and ensure that Trustpilot remains a trusted space for everyone to share and discover honest feedback.

What documentation are we looking for

You can share any documentation that shows your experience with www*revolut*com. For example, you could share:

Order confirmations
Receipts
Email conversations
Screenshots of your logged-in user profile". I have no clue what order confirmation or receipts are they talking about since I'm using Revolut trading platform and I provided plethora of screenshots of chat with Revolut support and TP team knows that.

It is safe to assume that TrustPilot is banning me from making real reviews about the company that probably pays them and making up ridiculuos restrictions and requirements to prevent me from posting reviews. And that's how Revolut gets such a high ranking here while it is significantly lower on the other platforms.

Worst app I ever used

Worst app I ever used. Extremely glitchy, it cannot even delete tasks it created (even though it says it can), 0 memorg and the list is endless. Trying to reach support is also fruitless - they ignore my emails ever since I requested a refund and when I try to connect to an agent via chat, it saysh email is invalid. No "support" button either. Disaster.

Account access blocked, impossible to contact support

I haven't used my account in a while and wanted to log in, but got the message that I should call the hotline. Since I'm not willing to waste money on a call (and a free line isn't working) I tried to send an email, but there's no support email. Since I can't log in, the live chat isn't available as well. So I left a contact form on a website and never got contacted.

Now I contacted reviews*interactivebrokers.com as you suggested, after a month of ignoring my request. Grace Fitzgibbon confirmed receipt of my email and that it was forwarded to "the team": "The team will follow up on Monday to assist you further." Of course no one ever contacted me. I'm so lucky I didn't transfer any money into your accounts, your reviews on Trustpilot are for sure well deserved.

Avoid at all costs

A bunch of crooks. I cancelled my subscription and was assured that the refund was on its way. But it never arrived. Upon contacting them, their support agent Hyasmin assured me they tried to pay it and that the problem is with my bank. I asked my bank and of course they didn't receive any funds. ANd Hyasmin now just told me that they won't pay a refund. Avoid those crooks at all costs.

SP after weeks of sending valid documents, including bank statements and proof of address, Paxum suddenly closed my account without explanation. They rejected 3 different documents from different banks, including official PDFs with stamps, just to delay the process. Once I left a negative review on Trustpilot, they replied with a generic message and permanently banned me from ever registering again. I never even got to withdraw my funds.

Their behavior shows a pattern of:

Shutting down accounts without specifying violations

Refusing to give reasons beyond “risk tolerance”

Avoid Revolut at all cost

As a Premium user of Revolut I can say only one thing: avoid Revolut at all cost.

1. Their Indian support is a joke, they barely answer (wit htemplates of course), not willing to do anything. If you ask them more than 1 question - they won't be able to answer them. Filing complaints also don't bring any results - my last one wasn't eanswered at all.

2. They demand lots of different documents and many of them aren't accepted for no reason.

3. Constant app glitches and crashes.

4. 0 interest on your deposits. I kept my funds on Revolut account for years and earned nothing.

5. I decided to do some investing with Revolut to stop losing my money due to inflation. God forbid you to do that! Extremely glitchy and not user-friendly interface, as well as absolutely unclear methods of work (especially CFD)+huge fees+very limited access to stocks and ETF caused severy financial losses.

My worst experience with financial institution and broker ever. I guess losing Premium clients is a part of their policy.

Endless verification delays, constantly changing requirements – avoid Paxum at all costs

This is already my third review and third day of my active communication with their "support" and of course nothing has improved. Paxum has been “verifying” my account for weeks, despite me providing every single document they requested — multiple times.

Every time I comply, they invent new requirements not listed anywhere in their original KYC policy: foreign tax IDs, local lease agreements, proof of address from countries I do not permanently reside in, even screenshots of unrelated online profiles, absolute madness.

I provided official, unaltered bank statements with all required details (name, address, date, bank logo, stamp/QR), and they were still rejected without a clear reason. Then they demanded documents from a third bank, which I also provided — and the delays continued.

They now admit that my ID and proof of address are approved, yet they keep asking absolutely irrelevant questions and refuse to give a timeline for completing verification. This is preventing me from receiving my legitimate earnings from one of their official partners (Chaturbate), and every day of delay causes me financial harm.

Based on my experience and the many similar complaints here, Paxum appears to use compliance as an excuse to stall payouts and make account access unnecessarily difficult. I will be forwarding my full correspondence to Chaturbate, FINTRAC, and the FCAC in Canada.

My advice: stay away from Paxum. There are far more transparent and efficient payment solutions that do not treat legitimate customers as if they were criminals.

At first they didn't accept my payments for rent. Then they didn't accept my bank statement. Finally they accepted my bank account statement and... final review in progress, support says it can take 5 days or longer. Ridiculuous service.

Scammers

Scammers. I got scammed and the crook withdrew my funds to Mexc. Mexc refused to do anything even despite official request from police. They are covering criminals.

Regarding your reply - I did all of these and contacted support. Police contacted it as well. Yet, you closed the case without any explanations. My next step will be Interpol.
