Purchased the new hot tub in June 2024…
Purchased the new hot tub in June 2024 the sales guy was very nice, tub was delivered in Aug 2024 on a date we requested. Shortly after getting it going we noticed a leak, I was able to determine it was from a cracked connector running water through a tub. I was able to fix the leak. Two months ago I noticed another leak. This time the leak was coming from the bottom of the ozone. I contacted Mika in costumer service and through may emails and calls she was able to get a tech out to my home to and replace a faulty valve and replace the ozone.
Mika did an awesome job in emails and returning calls and getting me set up with a tech to make the repairs.
Casey the tech arrived and he was a wealth of knowledge on the hot tub and fixed everything.
My only heart burn is the $150.00 for the service call to come out to my home to fix the leak, we knew about this prior to buying the tub its just a pain to have to shell out the money for a service call.
