I uploaded my DNA on 3/16/2025. I received an email on 3/17/25 saying my results were completed. I clicked on the link several times age I kept being redirected to pay again for the Deep Ancestry report which cost $49. I even tried to just login on the website directly and it still didn't work. It kept asking me to pay. I reached out to customer service who just kept giving the same talking points over and over totally disregarding the fact that I couldn't open the report. Every email said to click on the link they're email to access it and if course I couldn't. They absolutely refuse to refund me for a report that I paid for but cannot open. Do NOT trust this company at all. They will go above and beyond spamming you with non stop emails to buy more services but will not adequately address the services that you actually paid for.

I'm learning I should use trustpilot before purchasing anything, because after 1 week, my hair dried up and fell out especially around my edges. I will admit the packaging is cute but the complete silver encasing is not helpful if you need to know how much product is left. I bought the product because my edges were thinning despite not having worn a wig or braids in almost 6 to 7 months. My hair was startng to fill in before use but I wanted to try and speed up the process. Like 1 reviewer had mentioned, after the first use her felt dry and brittle and like her I paid no attention. I should have because by day 3 it started breaking. By day 7, my edges except for the baby hair were gone. For context I have a very low hairline about 3/4 of an inch away from my eyebrows so I was only using the product higher up about 4 inches away from my eyebrows as that was where I was experiencing the thinning hair. Well now, there is NO hair. I didn't purchase it to support Beyonce. I didn't even realize it was her product until I started doing research on why my hair was falling out. Some people say that's to be expected, but nope. It takes me a while to grow my hair. I literally can't afford to use a product that's now giving me bald spots.

I typically try to avoid leaving bad reviews but I am so annoyed by the lack of customer service, I had to leave one. I placed an order for a 7x5 drawstring 360 wig. I received a notification that the item had shipped except after three days it was still stuck as "label created". I finally received the wig and it was nothing like what I ordered. I sent several photos to the customer service email address, no response. I submitted the form to do an exchange hoping to get the right order. I understand there is a time difference but, I called the US customer service numbers on their website and emails, and NONE of these phone numbers are actually in service which is why I changed my mind about requesting an exchange and now want a full a refund. How is it I called 4 numbers and they are all out of service?!?! Never again. This site is screaming scam.
