I’d leave a zero if I could! Order was placed on July 2, 2025 and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. We are now 3 months later with zero tracking or shipment, and all they email back is that they are sorry for the delay due to backlog of orders. When a refund was requested, they refused. My order number is ASZ2468.

We understand your frustration, waiting that long isn’t the experience we aim to deliver. However, since your seat covers are handmade to order and customized specifically for your vehicle, cancellations and refunds are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, we can’t cancel the order as it’s made uniquely for your car.
That said, our team has been working to get all pending orders shipped as quickly as possible, and your order is being prioritized. Please check your email, we’ve sent an update with your current production status and expected shipping date.
