Terrible Customer Service

I ordered L’Occitaine Eau de Toilette on 03 March and have an order number (I took a screenshot shot at payment stage). You’ve taken the money from my bank account already but I’ve not even received an email acknowledgement or information about when the order will be dispatched. I can’t get through by phone. I won’t pay to use the Just Answer live chat as it’s an extra cost. I’ve emailed. This is terrible customer service. Please let me know what’s happening as I need the product for a gift writhin the next seven days.

We sadly don't know what 'Just Answer' live chat is, as that is most definitely not something we offer? Could you elaborate on this and why it would cost extra? Livechat, when active on our webshop, is very much free of charge to utilize.

Secondly, we have located an order which we believe is yours. This order was shipped 22 hours ago, and e-mail notification was sent to your address accordingly. If you have not received any e-mails from us, please check your spam inbox.
