Ordered a part using vehicle VIN and part number provided by Jeep Dealer. Mopar Parts Giant substituted a part that was a different color and which was not noticed until installed in the vehicle by the dealer some time later. Called being willing to eat the $80+ cost paid to them but requested assistance in ensuring correct part is shipped with a new purchase. Encountered a rashion of SXXX and no way to talk to a customer service person
