Normally, a mismatch between local and system time can occur depending on the ISP's infrastructure and doesn't necessarily indicate a faulty proxy. However, if it causes issues with your use case, you absolutely have the right to request a replacement.

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us.
First of all - I'd like to mention that it is clearly stated during the sign up process, as well as in our terms of service that by default - financial websites are blocked on our proxies in order to prevent abuse.
However, they can be unblocked after undergoing the KYC procedure and providing a clear use case explanation so we can ensure that our services are used appropriately.
It seems odd that our team didn't get back to you within a few business days regarding your request.
