Still awaiting for delivery

Since 11th April my egg chair still hasn't arrived. Contacted delivery company lots of times since then. Tracking status showing it was delivered to wrong depot. Even though they claiming since 18th April they've transferred it to right depot there is no tracking or traceable evidence they did, appears that they've lost it ( 43kg double egg chair, not easy to misplace big thing like that) Contacted Wilko several times, explaining that didn't received my parcel and that I contacted delivery company( 3 different depots) multiple times and all say they don't have it and they don't know where it is. Wilko still replaying same to wait 48 hour for supplier to contact and solve it. Have been more then 10 day and still supplier did nothing to solve it. Last reply I got was to wait if tracking status will change in next 48 hour if not to contact them again. Poor communication, no customer service skills. Just want my money back, it's clear I will never receive the parcel. I will never use wilko again, avoid it if you can.

My order supposed to be delivered on…

My order supposed to be delivered on 23rd of April. Tracking system isn't helpful at all. Shows from 18th of April it was scanned in Inverness depot, when I called them they said not sure why was send to them and their redirect it to Aberdeen depot as it is their zone. Contacted Aberdeen depot unpleasant and not helpful man just said they don't have it and don't know where it is and brushed me of to contact seller. New update showed up on tracking (POD exempt and POD cleared) no parcel delivered and don't know where it is. It's big and heavy item is not like you can easily misplace it. Probably one of the worse delivery company I have to deal with. No communication between depots, delivering to wrong depot at first place. Not knowing where the parcel is or who exactly have it.

Broadband switch not simple and quick as it supposed to be

Have electric and gas with UW, never had issues. When my contract with Vodafone was about to end decided to do switch with UW. Got a good deal set on was promised quick and easy switch couple of day later was told there are issues and switch was cancelled. That was just a start of stress and over 2 weeks of phone calles between both providers. According to Vodafone they accepted the switch and waiting for UW to take over but According to UW I have existing line with Talk Talk (never had contract with Talk Talk in my life though) and their are not able to take over unless that line is cancelled/disconnected fully. How can you cancel something you do not have. Vodafone cannot cancel because apparently there is still open switch with UW which again According to UW it was cancelled. Both companies are as bad as each other when it comes to being unhelpful, confusing customers, making things more complicated then it should be and leaving customers to solve issues that they made because they cannot communicate between each other. Hopefully I will manage to find other more reliable company with easy switch at the end.
