Nice product, but I had the wrong size and thus needed to return it. Was disappointed in the shipping costs - only one option for return shipping that cost over 50£.
However after leaving a review they contacted me and issued a full refund. In future will contact them directly if not happy with something: customer service seems very efficient and helpful.
