The product does not meet UK standards legally on labelling and the quality is terrible.
Upon asking for a full refund they require it shipped to China at my cost, when they are in breach of my consumer rights.
Refused all requests for my rightful refund. I’ve had to go to my bank to dispute the claims and my money back

I love the product and have been using it for 6 months.
Sadly I noticed the stitching becoming loose. I contacted Spiral and they couldn’t have made it any easier and are sending a replacement FoC.
I would happily buy from them again
