Customer service needs a little work...
I absolutely love Woofs cod skins and red fish cookies - they are great products which my dogs love.
Woofs delivery times are a little slow unfortunately. I don't have anywhere to track my order and customer services do not reply to my emails. I then receive emails from Trustpilot BEFORE my order has arrived and this week I have also received 2 x emails from Woofs with a 3 for 2 offer. Again before my order as arrived so I am unlikely to purchase additional items when my current items a slow in the post.
In short - products are great. Customer service is lacking which loses stars. Sorry Woofs! I do love you! Just sharing what you hopefully want to hear.
