Don't Buy From This Company!

I ordered phone on 17 February supposed to arrive by 25 February. Their tracker said it had been dispatched, but they admitted it hadn't. Eventually I asked for a refund on 5 March which they agreed to the next day asking for my card details which I gave them. They said I'd get a refund in 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund. After another complaint they said I'd have to raise a claim with PayPal and they would talk to them. I did. They didn't. After a month of silence despite PayPal asking them for a response, PayPal eventually refunded my money. It took 10 weeks and many, many emails to get my money back. Don't buy from this company!

No Phone but Refused Refund!

My phone did not arrive on time due to "Supply issues" but to be fair eGadgetsdeal did respond to my concerns well, giving me a new arrival date and offering a refund. I could not wait as the phone was for a birthday so I paid £15 more from Amazon for next day delivery and am awaiting the refund.
Update. No refund given. Eventually they told me to claim via PayPal. They did not respond to PayPal and eventually PayPal refunded my money 10 weeks after my order.
