Terrible Service, No Delivery, No Response
I ordered a chest of drawers from Bed Kings on 22nd June – it’s now 17th July and it still hasn’t arrived.
I’ve messaged and called them multiple times. The only time I managed to get through, they admitted the item had been lost somewhere and said a replacement would arrive last Monday. It didn’t. Since then, I’ve tried calling again during their listed opening hours, but their automated message just says the office is closed and prompts me to leave a voicemail – which I’ve done, multiple times, with no response.
Why is their office closed on a Thursday at 10:30am? And why are they ignoring the messages I’ve left both via phone and their online chat?
This has been a deeply frustrating experience with awful customer service. I now just want a refund, as it’s clear the chest of drawers isn’t going to arrive.
I would absolutely not recommend Bed Kings to anyone.
