After price hike from another company we thought we’d give plus heat a go! They provide the same services at a much lower price, easy to use app to report problems and book in the free annual boiler service, 2nd year of using plus heat now without ridiculous price hikes!!

Our pc arrived on time, worked for a day then decided to have a black screen, contacted customer services that day and the pc was collected and a new one arrived within days of my contact. Haven’t had any issues or problems with the replacement.

Smooth sailing over to france from Portsmouth. staff were all polite and friendly, departed and arrived on schedule. We booked a cabin which was also clean and comfortable ready on arrival!

We had water coming into the house from our valley gutter, after many anxious times looking at the weather app dreading the rain we found Luke! He and his team were fantastic, they worked from morning till night and I’m now left with a water tight roof and looking forwards to the next storm :) He provided videos and photos along the way and explained fully what was being done. I searched numerous companies some provided quotes and some didn’t turn up at all!
Luke also provides a 25yr guarantee with his work so that gives massive peace of mind to us!
