Being a novice and not knowing anything about computers they were very helpful. I explained what I was after and they pointed me in the right direction. They kept me informed on how the order was processing. Once I received the computer I had a little issue with the keyboard and they were very helpful in talking me through what to check and ended up sending a replacement with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a computer.
