Rented a car from Durban Airport, not normally a great experience. This time I used Alamo through Carflexi. What was so memorable were: 1) The friendly, helpful people from Alamo, 2) I had to change my booking dates twice, the first time throufgh Carflexi, although a day longer, the price came down. The second time to extend the rental, I did it direct with Alamo with absolutely no problem. Normally, contacting a car rental company directly in Durban is next to impossible.
