Administration fee! Be aware if you purchase from this company!
Purchased a shirt which I unfortunately had to return as it was too small. This company charge £3 “administration “( not postage, which I had already paid for) just to return! I have never encountered this with any other retailer and certainly did not expect it of a company of this reputation, so be aware! I am not quite sure what the fee is actually for other than to put the product back on the shelf.

Please note that we charge a handling fee of £3 when returning items for a refund. Therefore you have been refunded back for the entire order minus the handling fee of (£3).
