⚠️ Warning to Future Jayride Partners – Our Experience ⚠️

We are Azures Limousine Corp, DBA Azures Luxe Drive, a licensed and insured transportation provider based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Between 2023 and 2024, we provided airport and ground transportation services for Jayride customers under a formal service partnership.

Unfortunately, our experience with Jayride has been extremely negative and financially damaging.


🚫 Jayride Has Failed to Pay Us over $6,000USD

From the beginning of our collaboration, Jayride demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility when it came to payments. Aside from a single payment during the first month, they have failed to pay us anything since — despite us continuing to provide reliable, professional service to their customers.

Over a year of follow-up via email and phone, we have not received a single payment, a payment plan, or even a $1 deposit. They have ignored all professional attempts to resolve this issue.


🚨 To Ground Transportation Providers: Do NOT Trust Them
• Jayride does not pay their partners.
• They ignore overdue balances, even after repeated communication.
• They make false promises to keep you operating while pocketing customer payments.
• They use ground transportation companies like free labor to generate revenue — without compensation.


🚨 To Jayride Customers: You Deserve to Know

Would you trust a transportation company that refuses to pay the drivers and operators responsible for your safety and service?

If a platform exploits its vendors, how can you trust them to protect you as a customer?


We are currently preparing formal legal action against Jayride Group Limited and publicly warn others to avoid working with them under any circumstances.

Payment Delays and Empty solving promises from JayRide Team

I have been a transport supplier in Boston for JayRide for over a year, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite delivering reliable service, we have yet to receive any payment. Their support team continually promises that payments will be processed, but these assurances are never backed up by any serious action or a clear, definitive payment schedule. As a transport provider I know how we effort to provide reliable services, we expect the same from our partners to paid us on time. JayRide is a terrible company to work with.
