Fitted a new satellite dish
Fitted a new satellite dish with no problems, but left all the cable ends, old cable clips, and screws on the flat felted roof, underneath where they removed the old one, they even left the old dish!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the oversight during your satellite dish installation. Leaving behind cables, clips, screws, and the old dish does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide.
We will address this with our engineer to ensure such incidents are avoided moving forward. While we are unable to take away old satellite dishes - as transporting them could risk contamination of our new equipment - it should have been disassembled and disposed of in your bin, with your permission.
