Book bus from spain to portugal
I booked a bus from spain to portugal, the time of booking, they asked if want to upgrade seat for amenities(ex extra leg room-on demand vidoe etc)
Turn out all the seats are same they just try to upsale you same basic seat. Requested for fare adjustment and they refused, blaming the operator company,
