I gave my experience a 4 only because fed x lost part of my shipment and it took about 10 days longer to have the remainder reshipped. My experience with SU in customer service was great though, always responding quickly to questions and emails. The chairs are comfy, beautiful and well made! We use them to play cards in. Order them, you will not be sorry. Super easy to assemble! Just bolt top to legs!!
