The sofa arrived quickly, is very comfortable and looks great. Had a small issue with the sofa, but customer services were on the case right away and resolved the problem super quickly. They were always polite, fast and professional. Could not be happier with the purchased sofa and the service we received. Highly recommend, and we will certainly be coming back!!

We’ve switched to Octopus once we moved into our new home, and although gas bills have been a lot higher than we expected (might depend on many factors, do not blame Octopus for that), we are really pleased with how quick the customer services are at responding, how friendly they are and how promptly any issues are resolved.
