I received a defective Z Folder 6 case on September 13, 2024. The case causes my screen protector detached from my phone every time I put it on. My carrier rep tried and had the same problem. I was told by him that the case measurements was inaccurate. Contacted thezfoldcase.com and explained what went wrong. They asked questions and pictures and reluctant to gave me their return address which is in China. Finally I got their approval for return. I shipped it to the Chinese address on September 19 and followed with them multiple times. I never heard anything back from them.
