Dress does not look like the picture and the sizing is off. Very disappointed I spent 230usd on a bad quality dress

While ticket prices may appear cheap at first, be warned: Wizz Air is loaded with hidden fees that quickly add up. What looks like a budget-friendly option ends up costing significantly more than expected.

Our experience at Istanbul Airport was especially troubling. The manager was unprofessional, rude, and seemed more interested in extorting passengers than offering assistance. A check-in agent even admitted outright: “This is how we make our money — through the hidden fees.”

Their approach can be summed up by what we were told: “If you don’t pay, you don’t fly.” This isn’t just bad service — it feels predatory.

I will never fly Wizz Air again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this airline unless you’re prepared for an expensive and frustrating experience

Very poor customer service with incompetent staff

After reading some reviews about this company, I was initially skeptical, as payment was required before I could submit any documents. Shortly after, they requested my passport details, flight information, and accommodation details, which I submitted via email.

Their pricing is significantly higher than other e-visa application platforms, and they strongly implied that purchasing COVID insurance for $150 was necessary to avoid visa rejection. However, it turned out that this insurance was not required.

That said, their customer service was excellent! The entire application process was smooth—I applied for e-visas for five people and received all five within 3–4 days, which was impressively quick. They responded promptly to my queries and kept me updated on my application status. At one point, I mistakenly left out an applicant’s middle name and was concerned that the application would be rejected due to a mismatch with the passport. Fortunately, they were able to correct it without any issues.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would use them again solely for their speed and hassle-free application process, despite the higher cost.
