Excellent experience buying a frameset and fly it halfway across the world
Had an excellent experience buying a frameset from Velodrom. They were able to rush my order from the supplier and then install my existing groupset on the bike on the same day (at a reasonable surcharge).
They boxed it up very safely for me to check it in the next day for a flight to Asia.
Overall, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a bike shop.
