I have known John from Enjay for more than 6 years in that time enjay have helped several of my associates who have told me that john offers great advice also he has helped with HMRC issues as well as debt issues with credit cards and, finance situations, so I would highly recommend
Do not book your car hire through this company, they will take your money and you won’t see the car you originally booked let alone have a guarantee of another vehicle. I took my disabled Mother to Tenerife and decided to use Auto Europe my decision couldn’t have been worse we never signed for the car neither did we see a car that I had thought I had hired for 13 days fully paid!!! On arrival the shuttle was closed !! And our calls to the customer service department were accepted only to be told the car had been rented out to someone else !!? As we hadn’t turned up to collect the car within a 2 hour slot!! Airports and planes are unpredictable so we got penalised, take your chances! I paid for the car for 13 days so in my mind the car was mine regardless of timings READ THEIR TERMS AND SMALLPRINT!! after requesting a full refund we were dismissed promptly and not even a voucher was offered??!
This company are a disgrace and I would not recommend them if they were the last car hire company on earth.
