Sonic toothbrush and oral irrigator
The items arrived fully charged and ready to use. The toothbrush has several modes and is quiet and effective. The oral irrigator has 3 speeds and is a godsend as I am unable to use floss. The water gets into all the nooks and crannies, combination of toothbrush and oral irrigator my mouth feels clean and my teeth sparkle!

Unfulfilled order now being fulfilled
I placed and paid for my order and heard nothing for over a week. When I received a tracking number that didn’t work. In a telephone call, I was assured my order was on its way. Several days later and no package, I was told my order could not be fulfilled! However, TJC found the item and are sending it out! Thank you.

Hive wouldn’t connect with app
BOXT went above and beyond to solve my Hive problem. When it couldn’t be resolved by phone, an engineer came out promptly and spent about 45 minutes sorting the problem out. Wing Lee was professional, very personable and pleasant, explaining what needed doing and not leaving until the problem was resolved. Thank you so much!
