Do NOT book unless you are okay with paying way more than you expect!!! Paid more than double the online price after they go through their insurance policy requirements at pickup so you're basically trapped into paying them. They also lied about the return time and charged me an extra $75 3 weeks after our trip, a whole process to try to refund with of course no actual response. Do not book! Any low price point they claim up front is not worth it!

Unfortuantley without your reservation number and with little information about the booking I am unable to check the reservation details on our system to advise on why insurance was necessary and what was purchased.
I am also a little puzzled on the charge for the return time as your comments are not very clear, did you return the vehicle later than scheduled as this would incur a charge.
