Daals have shown a great service and efficiency. I ordered 2 products in two different days, with the last being only 3 days ago, and despite delivery scheduled for next week for the 2nd product I have had a phone call today to say both products are being delivered tomorrow. I am genuinely pleased with their customer service.

Unfortunately I am really disappointed with the delivery. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to deliver the parcel to the agreed safe place. The member of staff was verbally abusive and unapologetic.
