Problem with HomeControl 2.0

Have had an ongoing problem with a customer accessing HomeControl 2.0
Problem not fully rectified but your agent Alan has reassured me that we will get to the bottom of the issue and his knowledge has given me and my customer confidence that the issue will get sorted. Thank you Alan
