Customer Service worked with me when I was having issues updating to the latest release of the Professional Version. I had made the mistake of not understanding that upgrading to the latest version of Professional was not free. Instead of making things difficult for me, they offered me an upgrade to the Enterprise version for no additional money. This allowed for free future upgrades. I couldn't be happier.
