When it came to a query I needed to sort with RMG, Katie G was super kind and so helpful! She explained everything clearly and made sure to help me sort out what I needed to and was very friendly when doing so. I was very impressed with her customer service.

I was really impressed with how cooperative the staff were

I was really impressed with how cooperative and helpful Lucy was with my Solopress order. There was a problem with getting my business cards printed in the time frame I expected and she explained to me they likely would not be able to arrive in time for when I needed them, so when I requested to have them simplified and to instead receive a part refund so that I could just have the cards in time for an event, she was extremely cooperative and made sure to see to this. I am giving 4 stars because Lucy was so helpful and made sure that I did receive my cards in time and my part refund. Unfortunately I couldn’t give 5 stars, as I did originally order with this company because it seemed out of most companies, I could expect to receive better quality cards in a shorter time frame. Overall though, I was impressed with the service at Solopress.

Lucy was lovely and super helpful!

I needed help understanding my final bill and Lucy was extremely helpful in breaking it down for me. She was very patient and pleasant and didn’t patronise me when explaining things (which was appreciated as I haven’t always had that same experience when speaking with energy companies). Lucy is a credit to the company and made my experience really pleasant and less anxiety inducing, so thanks Lucy!
