Excellent customer service
This is the second time ordering from US Fireplace and will continue to do business with them in the future. Their website is user friendly and checkout is a breeze. I did ended up having to contact customer service due to receiving a faulty blower. Contacting customer service was a breeze. I simply click on the customer service link sent to my email. After answering a couple of question a new blower was on the way.
