Excellent 5 Star service!! I dont usually leave reviews however, I contacted Polar about a pricing query and received a response 10 minutes later from the owner. I am more than happy with the prompt service and resolution and can’t wait to try my sauna!! Thank you!!

I should have listened to the reviews but I decided to order the Lyndon triple wardrobe. I’ve taken a day off work to assemble it and 2 of the main panels had long cracks in. I contacted live chat, a hour of my life I won’t get back! They didn’t have replacement parts to send and offered a replacement. I’ll be returning and not accepting a replacement as the quality is poor and I doubt it would last that long anyway!
