The understanding for customer

The understanding for customer, the support and explanation.
In case of reimbursment if you have insurance and follow conditions, you have guide from them.
I would like if they have more buses in season for ski, but you need to check first their schedule and take more than 30 minutes from landing to have time to catch the bus.

No help for customer

No help for customer. I will arrive at 12 at Lyon airport, they will leave at 12:30.
Even if I paid for insurance in case of fligh delay or I asked several times to wait for me for extra 5 minutes, I get only refuse.
So be careful to check airplane arrival and bus departure, in case is short time, you will get no help from them.
