Great customer service…
I was notified promptly that my order was going to be delayed due to their supplier. I was offered a different colour choice from their warehouse that were ready to ship or wait for the stock to be resupplied. I was happy to wait as the colour I chose was my favourite but I valued the detailed email and prompt resolution. I can put it to the back of my mind now.
