Tillys assumes literally NO responsibility for your purchase the second the order is submitted. It's locked in stone so if you need any changes you are SOL. This is probably because they use Fedex, a company that is awful at the one thing they do: shipping. Now most of my anger is directed at Fedex, BUT this is the company Tillys chooses to use so yes. One star. Will not use Tillys again, will alert everyone I can to avoid Tillys. It seems most people have had similar experiences to mine.
