The company as a whole offers something nice to people on a certain payment level. However, the personalities of a handful of the attorneys is like an ice cold fridge and I have had at least two attorneys hang-up in my face when I needed them the most.

I pay for legal services without complications but can never seem to get support back that's fulfilling. I'm still hoping to hope.

But from family that's tried and myself and friends they have said at least once that they spend more time trying to turn you away from seeking justice but keep taking payments.

I'm deeply saddened about those times and seriously depressed about my circumstances. This told me that I am not worth anything.

I order their products and decided that I did not need it. I sent the items back and never activated the items. I sent it off in the mail and never thought anything about it expecting a refund. I put all of the information on the product shipping and left it with postal. after several months my products they say, never was recevied and they demanded me to send proof. However, so many months have gone by and I no longer had the receipt. This company refused to give me my money back and even demanded that I track a lost package in the mail.

I beleive that this company got my package and just pretended to not have it. they do not want to admit that their workers dropped the ball and didnt process it leaving me without my products or my money they took advantage of me.

I begged, Pleaded with this companies customer service to understand that I am without options. I begged this company to understand that I do not have the information anymore because so many months have gone by.

This company continued to blame me and state that they are not responsible for the postage companies and with that refused to give me my money back.

I researched all that i could. checked with the UPS that I used and they did not have copies of the shipping because so many months went on. I am deeply upset that this company is allowed to Operate and take peoples money.
