Difficult customer service experience multiple times, total waste of money

I wish I could offload my subscription to someone since this is not useful for me and they won't refund my money

Easy platform, helpful medical team. I was confused about my dosage and one of their medical staff called me on a Friday night while he was on his way somewhere. I totally didn't expect a return call until Monday so I was really impressed they took the time right away. And of course, I've lost a ton of weight with the medicine :)
