Really poor customer service and…

Really poor customer service and attitude. I don't like to be negative, but I feel really frustrated with the customer service we have received and I have not had any reply to the 3 emails I have sent or the voice messages left. My 12 year old daughter bought a towel from this company for her friend. The towel arrived with the parcel glue attached to it so the towel was damaged despite our best efforts to remove it from the tape carefully. I have sent 10 over surf shop pictures of this and asked, as per their policy, would they be happy to arrange an exchange. Completely reasonable request. Their policy clearly says that a return/exchange has to be agreed by them before you send the item back. They have make no effort to help this process and my daughter does not want to send the item back without their agreement. We do try to use local, small companies but their attitude does not help small businesses. A really negative experience. A lesson for this business - please reply to emails, especially polite ones, please return calls if you prefer to do that than email. thank you
