Speedy delivery of the Wavelength magazine - new subscriber and really pleased with it.

2 of my orders never arrived (over 200$ spent), and despite multiple emails and reminders over last 3 months - I don't even get a response or refund - frustrating experience to say the least. This is not how you treat your customers and fans.

Prompt delivery, great communication, no quibble refund on return.

i have ordered from this shop on the 12th of this month.it is now 27th nothing has been dispatched yet and the only answer im getting is ,that the guy is going to go to the store ( on a sunday) and will take care of it.
Twice already.

Really poor customer service and attitude. I don't like to be negative, but I feel really frustrated with the customer service we have received and I have not had any reply to the 3 emails I have sent or the voice messages left. My 12 year old daughter bought a towel from this company for her friend. The towel arrived with the parcel glue attached to it so the towel was damaged despite our best efforts to remove it from the tape carefully. I have sent 10 over surf shop pictures of this and asked, as per their policy, would they be happy to arrange an exchange. Completely reasonable request. Their policy clearly says that a return/exchange has to be agreed by them before you send the item back. They have make no effort to help this process and my daughter does not want to send the item back without their agreement. We do try to use local, small companies but their attitude does not help small businesses. A really negative experience. A lesson for this business - please reply to emails, especially polite ones, please return calls if you prefer to do that than email. thank you

Great prices, good range of products and excellent customer service.

Placed an order for 2 pairs of Saxx Kinetic boxer briefs and only 1 pair arrived. Emails bounce back as undeliverable (the email address is per the contact page) and no reply to the customer contact request page.
Paid using their Shop payment app (not PayPal), so don't know where I stand.
Zero replies from10 Over Surf Shop is not good.

A very special magazine

The LONGBOARD MAGAZINE, is sick, it was given to me by a best friend, I love it, the book is incredible, from the photos to the texts !!! A longboarder from France 🤙🏼

Pretty bad customer service. We bought a board, took weeks to get a reply saying we no longer sell the board, we had paid and had to ask repeatedly for weeks to get the hundreds of pound back. It's a shame because I love their set up and longboarder mag but this really was bad. Communication was baaaaad.

Great shop! Great owners! I had the pleasure of visiting this shop in October, and knew they would be on my Christmas shopping list!! I’m in Canada and we currently have a postal strike. My order was not affected in the slightest! Super quick turnaround from ordering to recieving!!! All items were packed with care and the quality was great!!! Thanks 10 Over!! Happy holidays!!
