Delayed - not yet received one month later

I have sent the order on the 20th of March, it is almost one month later and I have still not received the items. But I do receive every week and email saying that my order is delayed for another 3-4 weeks. I would not recommend at all.

Have to pay the customs !!!

I have not yet received the item so I can not say much about that, but I did have the awfull surprise to receive an invoice from the customs which is half the price I payed for the order. If I knew I had to pay this additional price (450 kr) for the customs I wouldn't have ordered from this website. So I would say that they are not honest and I would not recommend.

I strongly advise against using their…

I strongly advise against using their service. First, they are not honest, and their promised delivery time is not reliable. They claimed a delivery window of 3-5 days, but I only received my order after at least 30 days—and that was only after I contacted Klarna to report them.

Second, their customer service is extremely poor. When I emailed them to ask about my order, their response was simply, "We have to investigate," yet they had no information about it. After that, they stopped responding altogether, even when I followed up multiple times.

Third, returning an item is very expensive, as I had to ship it back to Sweden (in my case). Moreover, they insist on their right to refuse the return and deny a refund, making the process even more frustrating.
