Ben was incredibly personable, polite, and quick to respond throughout the entire process. The Level 3 survey he arranged for us was impressively thorough. Ben was great at following up on every query I had and patient when I needed to take time due to our ongoing discussions with out vendors. When we were ready, Ben ensured that all additional checks were arranged promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!
