Bruised and Wilting Flowers in bunch

We ordered a bunch of flowers (sketch) When the bunch arrived, the roses were bruised and other flowers wilting. I complained about the state, attaching pictures of one of the roses bruised, but received an unsatisfactory well written response. There were many more, but I didn’t have time to take photos of all of them.

This is quite disappointing given the cost of the bunch (£175) and I won’t be ordering again from this flourish.

Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are, of course, very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your bouquet. After carefully reviewing the images you kindly provided, we were only able to identify one rose showing slight bruising and an ami stem that needed rehydrating. Based on this we were unable to offer a refund on this occasion.

We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and service and it is always disheartening to learn when a customer feels let down. Your comments have been shared with our floristry and customer care teams to ensure we continue to uphold the highest standards.

We truly value your support and regret that this experience has left you dissatisfied.

Many thanks,
The Wild at Heart team

AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a similar experience with Citation as other posters on this site.

We contracted Citation for HR services in 2021 and signed a 3 year contract. We never received a signed copy of this contract.

We tried to terminate the contract in 2022. As the settlement amount was substantial, we had to continue to the end of the contract despite not using their services.

At the natural end of the contract, Citation informed us that they considered the contract to have auto renewed for a further 3 years and we needed to provided 6 months notice.

Their sales team did not disclose this when discussing the initial terms. This sort of information should be included in the body of the main contract, rather than buried in terms and conditions. In addition, we had no correspondence from them regards extending the contract.

Citation are using completely unreasonable contractual terms to try to tie us into additional 3 years for a service we don’t use and didn't use for years.
