My Journey with northern relo
This is what I wrote. I booked a move back in AUG to moved to Oakland in May of 2025 and for unforeseen reasons those plans fell through. I contacted Northern Relocation and David got me in contact with the operations manager which basically quoted my contract to me. I felt there was no level of customer service from the operations manager and left me feeling robbed. So then I went to David that was helping me with this and he told me that how I was talked to was wrong and was going to do everything to get as much back and to this day I am still working with him. David from northern relo understands things happen and Is giving me professional behavior and understanding that my plans have changed and we are working towards a middle ground. it's all about treating people how you want to be treated. I will let you guys know the out come of the rendering of what the decision was made.
