DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY -
The lamp arrived broken in two parts, one plastic part by the lightbulb and the second the light fixture could not be screwed to the base due to the wire.
I emailed the company asking for a refund, they offered me a replacement to which I agreed.
Instead they sent me a replacement part for the broken plastic fixture which only solved one issue and still meant the lamp was unusable.
I contacted the company again and asked for a refund. They sent one response over a two week period, despite my numerous chases, to say they were looking into it and then no response.
It's now been two weeks and I've received no refund and no response.
Furthermore the phone number does not work and their email service is clearly a chatbot vs a real person, given the responses I had previously.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!
