Phoned up and spoke to Jacqueline, such a nice and helpful lady, who took a lot of stress and worries away from a recent message I received, which included a direct debit that I just could not mange, due to I’ll health and unemployed. Sorted my payments out, lovely person. Great company and customer service must be the best all around.
