Ripped Off!
This is the biggest scam around! I called to report a gas leak at my home and the next thing I know, They bill me over $800 for a house call that lasted just over 2 hours. I did not authorize this work nor did they contact me before their rep showed up at my house. For this gas guy, they charged me $350/hr! When i called in to negotiate something more reasonable, they treated me like dirt and said they were not willing to help me.

I ordered a shirt over a month ago and it has not yet been delivered. Their tracking system says it was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, but nothing has arrived. Additionally, their tracking system is the absolute worst (very few details). the only thing worse than their tracking is the customer service. I have submitted several requests for help and I always get an email back saying they will respond within 24 hours, but NEVER hear a word back. I would highly discourage doing business with this China based company.
