Be careful, Don't use it
Be careful; this company makes you a lot of promises; as soon as you enter your card number in the details, they will withdraw from your account even without your permission. I cancelled my subscription, but they continued withdrawing money from my account for 2 months, and I told them I would report it to my bank, the software does not work properly, and I pay unnecessary fees, I had to inform the bank to get the money that was withdrawn from my account back, and for this, I had to deactivate my card. I do not recommend using this software at all. You can use Amazon's own Repricer.

We strive to be transparent with our billing processes. If charges were made after a cancellation request, it was certainly not our intention.
It does look like over the Christmas period the account stayed active and got closed post Christmas and then a refund was issued to you on the 3rd January.
