Ethos is fantastic, customer service terrible.
I ordered a sweater and they sent the wrong one. I have contacted them on multiple occasions & have got zero response & they haven’t updated the status of my order, so I can’t even gain access to the returns portal. Wish i’d seen the reviews before I ordered.
